Workshops & Environmental Campaigning
Jane is a qualified teacher of English & Drama, with an MA (dist) in Creative Writing. She regularly appears on national TV & Radio.
She runs interactive workshops on creative writing & environmental matters for adults & children. She was a trustee for the charity You Before Two and a guarantor member of Population Matters where she previously served as Chair of the Education Group. She has recently worked with the Wellcome Trust and Wildlife Trusts in their projects & campaigns, including the Living Seas Youth Forum Against Climate Change. Jane delivers lectures & workshops on empowerment of women & girls. She also lectures on 18th Century Ceredigion.

Jane has worked as writer in residence and ajudicator for a number of bodies including Farncombe Estate Centre, Cotswolds; The Hill College, Abergavenny; Cardiff 'Mardi Gras' festival; Crickhowell Festival; Arts Alive/ Communities First & Eisteddfodau.

Jane says: I am delighted to run workshops for others in any area in which I’ve been published or professionally engaged and I very much value my role as an adjudicator. I am looking forward to continuing judging Eisteddfodau and writing competitions for various bodies in the future.
​
She is also experienced as a freelance theatre director.
