Y Gog!

Yes! Heard the cuckoo for the first time this year today, regular as hiccups from the horse field. For days, even weeks now the 'blodau'r gog'/ 'cuckoo flowers' / 'lady's smock' have been in bloom all over the soggy ground of our small holding on the west Wales coast and now the call of the cuckoo has finally come.
